In order for your crew to be able to meet your construction deadlines, it is important that the space they start in is clean and organized. Our pre-construction clean up services will eliminate the need to get your crew to clean before they can start working on what you are paying them to do.

Then after you have completed the job, let BTS Building Maintenance come back in and clean up after your crew so that the final presentation to your client makes your work shine.

During our free estimate, we perform a walkthrough of the entire area with you and create an itemized cleaning and maintenance task list, this becomes the basis for our agreement with you.
