During our free estimate, we perform a walk through of the entire area with you and create an itemized cleaning and maintenance task list; this becomes the basis for our agreement with you. At BTS Building Maintenance we are asked for and included cleaning and maintenance tasks for the offices and towers are:
- Full Janitorial and Commercial cleaning
- Elevators cleaning using stainless steel cleaner
- Kitchen cleaning
- Cleaning of the Lobby and any common areas
- Phones including handset and dialing pad
- High level dusting using a scissor lift
- Professional Cleaning crews per floor on a nightly basis
- Sanitize bathrooms including replacement of paper products
- Garbage removal
- Recycling removal
